How to reach us
Pick whichever suits what you need.
Booking a demo is usually faster than emailing. The
demo request form asks the handful of questions we would otherwise
ask you first, so the call starts on your venue instead of on discovery.
What to use each one for
- Considering VenueChief. The demo form, or call. Pricing is published, so you do not need to call to find out whether we fit your budget.
- Already a customer. Use the support channel inside your VenueChief admin, which attaches your message to your venue and its history. Email works too.
- Privacy, data or legal questions. Email, and say what it concerns. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- You are a guest of a venue that uses VenueChief. Contact the venue directly. They hold your booking and your account; we operate the software for them and cannot change their bookings. More on that below.

You are probably looking for the venue, not for us.
VenueChief is the software a venue uses. We do not take bookings, hold payments or run events ourselves, and we cannot see or change a booking on a venue's behalf without them.

If you are getting texts or emails you want stopped, reply STOP to any text or use the unsubscribe link in any email. If that does not work, email us and we will deal with it directly.
